The East Africa Training Institute goes beyond academics to ensuring an enriched personal development programme. This is provided for through a wide range of activities of choice including sports, recreation, community service, clubs and societies, all of them student-driven.
Good governance is one of the core pillars of East Africa Training Institute that includes robust structures for student representation and leadership across all levels of the University. In this regard, East Africa Training Institute will create opportunities for student leadership in various areas.
To make life more fulfilling for our students, East Africa Training Institute will create a single hub for many of the activities and services needed to make the student experience as smooth as possible. The East Africa Training Institute Students Centre is designed to host a wide range of student services, including mentoring, lounges, theatres and other spaces for creative and performing arts as well as career advice and information–all under one roof.
In addition, East Africa Training Institute Office will, in collaboration with reputable bodies, activate a Career Preparation and Placement Programme that will seek opportunities for work placement for our graduates in a wide range of local and multinational organizations.
